  • Retained Engagements

    Most of our clients work with GRAYROCK through a retainer-based engagement model. These are typically the result of the need for ongoing advisory services lasting anywhere from a few months to a year or longer. These engagements are strategic by nature focused on Board-level issues. These engagements can focus on both strategy development as well as execution, typically dealing with business and technology transformation as levers to drive top-line growth and profitability.

  • Success Fee Engagements

    There are occasions when the nature of the engagement lends itself to a shared investment of time and effort in the spirit of driving a win-win outcome for the client and GRAYROCK. In these cases, GRAYROCK works closely with its clients to clearly define roles and responsibilities, tasks and milestones and the shared objectives. Working in close collaboration with our clients, these engagements typically focus on new customer acquisition, capital acquisition, or even the sale of a company.

  • Fractional CXO Engagements

    Another way in which GRAYROCK can uniquely support its clients is by becoming a member of the executive team as a Fractional Executive. These arrangements vary from client to client but in all cases are temporary by nature and are designed to provide the client with C-level experience and expertise, without the commitment to a full-time C-level team member. GRAYROCK provides expertise in the areas of Operations (COO), Strategy (CSO), Digital (CDO/CIO), Sales (CSO/CRO) and Marketing (CMO).
